Yves Lussier, USA



Dr. Lussier is the Associate VP for Information Science at the University of Arizona, Founding Director of the Center for Biomedical Informatics and Biostatistics. His research group conducts hypothesis-driven computational modeling predictions in precision medicine that are then validated in vitro, in vivo and in clinical trials. As a leader of translational bioinformatics and computational precision medicine, he has launched successful companies and international conferences, authored 185 publications, and delivered >100 invited presentations, including 21 opening keynotes at international conferences. He has been awarded $190,000,000 in grants as principal or co-investigator, and mentored a hundred graduate/postgraduate students and junior faculty.
